Follow-through,
without the chasing.
Connect lead intake, customer records, and follow-up so the next step doesn’t depend on someone remembering it.

01 / WHERE WE HELP
The tools are already there. The gaps between them are where time disappears. We help close those gaps.
Connect lead intake, customer records, and follow-up so the next step doesn’t depend on someone remembering it.
Move information between the systems you already use. Reduce duplicate entry, document handling, and repetitive admin.
Bring scattered operational information into useful reports, summaries, and exception checks your team can act on.
These are starting points, not a prepackaged solution. The right project starts with your actual workflow.
A SMALL CHANGE. A DIFFERENT WORKDAY.
Check email, a form submission, or a message.
Create a record and copy over the information.
Make a note to follow up.
Look through messages to see who responded.
Each step is small. Together, they keep pulling someone away from the work.
An example, not a promised result. Tools, permissions, and the way your team works determine what’s appropriate.
WHAT A FIRST PROJECT CAN LOOK LIKE
A defined deliverable beats a long list of possibilities. These examples show how we keep the work focused.
Connect a website inquiry to your CRM, check required details, and give your team a clear next action.
Bring agreed data sources into one operational summary, with missing or unusual information flagged for review.
Extract agreed fields from recurring documents, validate them, and prepare the information for your existing process.
Illustrative scopes. Feasibility and pricing depend on your systems, access, and requirements.
02 / HOW WE WORK
Sometimes the answer is a simple configuration. Sometimes it takes custom engineering. We choose the smallest reliable solution that does the job.
Start with what’s frustrating you ↗Walk through the process as it happens. Find the repeated steps, the bottlenecks, and the cost of leaving things as they are.
Agree on a focused scope, a price, and what success means before implementation begins. You know what is included, what is not, and how we’ll test it.
Connect the pieces, test real scenarios, and show your team how to use them. Keep human approval where judgment matters.
Review the result against the original goal. Add monitoring, maintenance, or a next phase when the business case is there.
A FEW THINGS WE WON’T COMPROMISE ON
You own your systems and subscriptions. We work through authorized access.
Less rework. Faster follow-up. Time returned to your team. We define the target together.
Use what already works. Build something custom when it creates meaningful value.
Technical depth.
A direct relationship.
03 / THE PERSON BEHIND THE SYSTEMS
I’m Matt, a full-stack software engineer with experience building production applications, API integrations, cloud infrastructure, and AI-powered workflows.
I started Lakeland Systems to bring that experience to businesses with real operational work to get through—not another software product to manage. We start by understanding your process, then choose the tools that fit.
You work directly with me—from understanding the problem to implementing the solution. Clear explanations, thoughtful engineering, and a focus on work that’s worth doing.
A FEW FAIR QUESTIONS
Usually, the first step is understanding what you already have. We look for supported integrations and useful features in your current tools before recommending a replacement.
No. A straightforward integration or workflow change may solve the problem more reliably. AI is useful when it improves the outcome, not simply because it’s available.
Implementation is scoped and priced around a defined deliverable. If understanding the problem needs a separate paid discovery engagement, we agree on that scope and price first. Software subscriptions and optional support are discussed separately.
Your business should own its accounts and subscriptions. Deliverable ownership, access, documentation, and any third-party or reusable components are spelled out in the project agreement.
We agree on handover, documentation, and support before starting. Ongoing maintenance and improvements are available when needed, with a clearly defined scope.
LET’S START WITH SOMETHING REAL
Tell us about the task, the tools involved, and what makes it frustrating. A few sentences are enough.
